CMAC Delegations Visited Japan, Austria and Switzerland

(CMAC Delegation Visited China Pavilion in Expo 2025 Osaka)
On September 10 to 12, Dr Li Hu, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CMAC, led a delegation on a visit to Japan. CMAC delegation toured the Expo 2025 Osaka, and visited the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Japan's largest law firm Nishimura & Asahi, TMI Associates, and Haier Group Japan Region. The delegation engaged in professional discussions on arbitration practices with above bodies and exchanged views on strengthening international legal cooperation and promoting trade development.

(CMAC Signed Cooperation Agreement with VIAC)
On September 22 to 23, Dr. Yang Fan, Vice Secretary-General of CMAC and Vice President of its Arbitration Court, led a delegation to visit Austria. The CMAC delegation visited the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and signed a cooperation agreement with VIAC. The CMAC delegation also visited the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Austrian Arbitration Association, and the CCPIT Representative Office in Austria.

On September 24 to 26, Deputy Secretary General Dr. Yang Fan led a delegationto visit Switzerland. The CMAC delegation visited the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The CMAC delegation also visited the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the CCPIT Representative Office in Switzerland and held a seminar with some representative Chinese enterprises in Switzerland. The delegation also visited local law firms to promote communication and exchanges.
