( Symposium Venue)

On September 8, 2025 High-Level Symposium on Maritime Silk Road International Economics and Trade Arbitration (Symposium) was successfully held in Xiamen. The Symposium was hosted by CMAC, organized by CMAC Maritime Silk Road Arbitration Center and supported by 23 domestic and foreign dispute resolution institutions.

The Symposium specifically focused on the theme of "Strengthening Legal Services Cooperation Among BRICS Countries and Promoting Common Healthy Development of World Economy" and attracted representatives from government, legal community, enterprises, academia, and other fields to attend the event .

 (Launch of Joint Initiatives)

At the launch ceremony, 10 dispute resolution institutions from BRICS Member Countries and Partner Countries including CMAC, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), CCPIT Mediation Center, International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO-HKRAC), Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC), Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (MAC) and Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolutions (AIADR) jointly issued the Joint Initiatives on Strengthening Legal Services Cooperation among BRICS Countries and Promoting Common Healthy Development of World Economy.

During the event, representatives of dispute resolution institutions from BRICS Countries visited CMAC Maritime Silk Road Arbitration Center.
