CMAC Participated in the 3rd CISCE and Released the Research Report on "Maritime Arbitration Escorting Enterprises to Join the Global Supply Chain"

The 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) was held in Beijing from July 16 to 20, 2025. CISCE was hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), supported by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Trade Centre (ITC) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). As one of the representative legal service institutions of CCPIT, China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) participated in the CISCE for three consecutive years, giving full play to its professional expertise in maritime arbitration to actively support the development of global industrial and supply chains.

During the 3rd CISCE, CMAC and CCPIT Academy jointly released a research report on "Maritime Arbitration Escorting Enterprises to Join the Global Supply Chain" (Report).

The Report represents a targeted and systematic study linking maritime arbitration with the development of the global supply chain for the first time. It comprehensively reviews the practical achievements of China maritime arbitration development, systematically summarizes advanced international experience, and puts forward optimization suggestions, aiming to promote a greater role of maritime arbitration in serving the global supply chain. The joint release of the Report received extensive coverage from numerous mainstream media outlets, including China National Radio, Legal Daily, China Economic Herald, China Communications News, and Economic Daily.
