Recently, the latest version of the "2025 International Arbitration Survey" jointly conducted by the School of International Arbitration of Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and White & Case law firm was officially released. According to the survey, the top five most popular arbitration seats in the world in 2025 are: London (34%), Singapore (31%), Hong Kong (31%), Beijing (20%) and Paris (19%). Beijing rose from a tie for sixth place in the world in 2021 to fourth for the first time. At the same time, Shenzhen (19%) ranked sixth after Paris, Shanghai (11%) ranked eighth, and the three first-tier cities in Chinese mainland collectively entered the top ten in the world, fully turning out that China's international competitiveness as a preferred seat of arbitration .
