On November 20, China Maritime Safety Administration issued "Notice on Matters related to the implementation of the Amendment 06-22 of the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargo Code". The 105th session of the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization adopted the amendment 06-22 of the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargo Code by resolution MSC.500 (105). The amendment will take effect for China on December 1, 2023.
