On November 24, "Judicial and Arbitration Thematic Sub-Forum of the 2022 North Bund International Shipping Forum & the 4th China Maritime Justice and Arbitration Summit" hosted by CMAC was successfully held. The forum was co-organized by CMAC Shanghai Headquarters, CMAC Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone Arbitration Center, supported by International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group (HKMAG), Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), China Maritime Law Association (CMLA) and China Academy of Arbitration Law (CAAL). 

Dr. KE Liangdong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT, delivered welcome remarks, Ke emphasized that we need to study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and realize the goal of building China into an international maritime judicial center as well as an international arbitration center as soon as possible. Dr. LI Hu, Vice Chairman of CMAC, moderated the opening ceremony.

Dr. LI hu, Vice Chairman of CMAC, LIU Ying, Member of the Steering Committee of CMAC Shanghai Headquarters, and XU Fei, Deputy Secretary General of CMAC Shanghai Headquarters, engaged in releasing CMAC Standard Contract of Ship Finance-Lease 2022 (Shanghai Form).

The keynote speech session was moderated by QI Ji, Director of CMAC Case Management Division.
