In mid-September 2022, Xiamen International Commercial Court, located at the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District of Xiamen, was established in Xiamen Intermediate People’s court. As a specialized trial institution for foreign-related commercial cases, Xiamen International Commercial Court shall strive to help Xiamen become a preferable place to solve domestic and international commercial dispute and enhance core competitiveness through rule of law, creating a first-class legal environment of business.

Based on advanced technology, Xiamen International Commercial Court has built a platform for multiple settlement of international commercial disputes, a one-stop platform for international commercial justice, and a platform for innovation and development of international commercial law, along with innovation mechanisms in judicial services. The smart court system will enable Xiamen International Commercial Court to manage all of the work online, make judicial process information open to the public in accordance with the law, and provide comprehensive intelligent services.
