On 5 August 2022, the Chongqing One-stop Diversified Dispute Resolution Center for International Commercial Affairs opened with an inaugural ceremony. Its official website for both computer and mobile terminals was launched on the same day. Guests including deputies to the National People’s Congress, deputies to the Chongqing Municipal People’s Congress, and members of the Chongqing Municipal Political Consultative Conference attended the ceremony.

The establishment of the center, led by the Chongqing High People’s Court, was an optimization and upgrade of Chongqing's one-stop diversified dispute resolution mechanism for foreign business. which is expected to boost the efficacy of foreign business-related dispute resolution in Chongqing and make Chongqing a preferred location for international business dispute resolution.

The center will give full play to the advantages of diversified resolution, guide litigants to choose the appropriate channels to solve their disputes, facilitate transition between online and offline procedures, providing convenient, efficient, and flexible legal services for litigants.
